Edmas Neo, Founder of Accrete Innovation

Edmas was the CEO of Action Community for Entrepreneurship (ACE), a national private led organisation that represents the Singapore technology startups, and Regional Director at Singapore Innovate, a Singapore government wholly owned venture capital firm. He is also the founder of Accrete Innovation, a private investor and venture co-builder with the mission to grow and build successful business ventures globally grounded on sustainability, empathy, and humanity.

Edmas has over 20 years of experience in technology consulting, strategic business advisory and entrepreneurship development across both private and public sectors. He played a key role in the development of Singapore startups and innovation ecosystem and drove digital transformation programmes across multiple industries.

During his term at ACE, he has led ACE’s expansion into China and Thailand and established a connected ecosystem across 20 cities. He has helped to enable prominent corporate innovation programmes including those by Coca-Cola, Panasonic, The Open Vault at OCBC, NTUC INCOME Future Starter, IBM Watson and Cisco Smart Innovation.
