First, you’ll hear from Caroline Thalund, Founder and Business Sustainability Specialist of tech startup – Sustainability 360. Caroline is an experienced sustainability specialist and an innovative entrepreneur. With a background in science and communication, her passion is to make sustainability simple for everyone. She engages and inspires others by challenging current thinking in order to maximise impact. At this event, Caroline will be speaking about their platform S360, and how it will help accelerate the sustainability journey for all businesses.
Next up, you’ll hear from Elise Hilliam, Founder and Nutritionist of food tech startup – MenuAid. Elise studied at Otago University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sports & Exercise Nutrition and a post-graduate diploma in Human Nutrition. Elise plays a pivotal role in reviewing chefs’ recipes and working with them to ensure that MenuAiders are getting the best out of every meal. Elise has previously worked as a Project Manager and is loving getting stuck into building her startup. Elise will speak at this event about the MenuAid platform and what everyday problem they were looking to solve.

Caroline is a highly experienced sustainability specialist and an innovative entrepreneur. With a background in science and communication, her passion is to make sustainability simple for everyone. She engages and inspires others by challenging current thinking in order to maximise impact.
Her work has varied across the property, aquaria, zoo, museum and aviation industries. Most recently she has been working in the built environment leading the charge for Cook Brothers Construction in their goal to become the most sustainable construction company in New Zealand.
Caroline is also the founder of tech start-up Sustainability 360 and will be speaking about their new platform S360, and how it will help accelerate the sustainability journey for all businesses.
