First, you’ll hear from John Hamilton, Business Advisor at Canterbury Employers’ Chamber of Commerce. John will be sharing his wealth of knowledge on the sector in general.
Next we’ll have Roland Sommer, Interim CEO at Argus Group. Roland leads Argus Group that was born out of a fusion of Argus Heating and people and assets from the closure of TE Connectivity. He is passionate about manufacturing in NZ and sits on a number of advisory boards and committees. Roland will be presenting on Aerospace Manufacturing in New Zealand.
Lastly, we have Dieter Adam, Community Champion at MAKE│NZ. Dieter has been working to support manufacturers, and manufacturing in New Zealand in various roles since 2009. His talk will focus on the benefits of Industry 4.0 principles, processes and technologies – and the hurdles in implementing these in manufacturing SMEs.
