Coffee & Jam: How to leverage your existing customers

When companies can’t acquire new customers for one reason or another, the smartest thing to do is to take care of your existing ones. And – right now – existing customers are the lifeblood of your venture.
At this Coffee & Jam, we will discuss how you can nurture, surprise, and delight your customers. And most importantly, turning regular customers into raving fans who will help you grow your business.

We’ve assembled an extraordinary lineup of superstar panellists including:
– Toni Knowlson – Digital Innovation Program Lead (A & NZ) at AWS. Toni is well versed in AWS innovation practice where delighting customers is a constant focus.
– Chris Stevens – VP of Product at AskNicely – a Kiwi startup that has rapidly grown into one of the world’s most loved platforms for customer feedback.

Make sure you come along to hear from these superstar speakers and (virtually) meet your innovation tribe!
