Coffee & Jam with Startups EggAcademy and MoneyTime

Join us at this Coffee & Jam event to hear from two awesome startup founders working in the edtech space!

First, you’ll hear from Kane Stewart, Founder at EggAcademy. EggAcademy is an educational venture that teaches digital skills to teens through their passion for games. Kane previously worked at a gaming company called Cerebral Fix and as a high school teacher. He also sits on the board of the The Youth Hub, a facility to house various youth-focused social services.

Kane will speak at this event about how video games are primed to disrupt the education system by creating a workforce equipped for the digital era.

Next up, you’ll hear from Neil Edmond, Founder at MoneyTime. Neil is the Founder, designer and author of MoneyTime, a gamified online financial literacy program for 10-14 year olds. He has a BCom/LLB from Otago University and spent much of his career as a sales and marketing manager for SMEs. However, in 2018 he launched MoneyTime which is now used in nearly 700 schools through-out New Zealand. This year MoneyTime launched a subscription model for children at home which is being marketed globally.

Neil will be talking about the key factors for success in launching an edtech startup.

Doesn’t that sound awesome? Register now to save your seat!
