Andy Hamilton
Co-founder of Manaaki and ex-Director of The IceHouseAndy is the former CEO of The Icehouse and is now a Director of its investment arm, Icehouse Ventures. He is also a Director of Ahi Innovation a consulting and investment company with his family.He also takes on a range of roles including director of UneeQ (a digital human company), director of Auxilio Pharmaceuticals (medicinal CBD startup), partner of Indigo (innovation agency),  co-founder of Manaaki (SME business support forum), and supporter/mentor to a bunch of other start-ups and SMEs. His investments include a few tech start-ups as well as Blue Frog Breakfast.

Kirsty Allott
Co-director of Vargo + Lewis ConsultantsAs a management consultant and workplace coach, she specialises in human resource management and organisational development. She has contributed to the development of people and cultures within settings of diversity, acclimation of agile methodologies, and major change. Kirsty’s approach is one of partnering with businesses to understand their goals and help to achieve them by sharing insights and tools to allow leaders to get the best from their teams.
Felicity Brown 
Head of Employee Services at MYOBAs Head of Employee Services at MYOB Felicity Brown leads a centralised operational support team across MYOB’s New Zealand and Australian offices. Working closely with the other specialised teams, Felicity’s team takes a holistic approach to the employee experience – spanning across both the traditional people-orientated focus and the digital and workplace functions.  She is passionate about challenging traditional business contexts and delivering innovative solutions to transform the employee experience, creating healthy, thriving work places.
